Bash Burger is a concept by restaurateur John McDonald and his company, Mercer Street Hospitality. 

Based on the award-winning hamburger at Lure Fishbar and Burger & Barrel -  A 7x New York Wine & Food Festival Winner.  Bash Burger also features the equally delicious counterparts, the BB Classic and Double Barrel burgers.
